I feel like the blonde girl is toying with the count, but too bad she got a countess’ husband. She could be kicked out soon if she struck a nerve on the wife.
If I were her I would have switched lanes the moment I realized that the one really in power is the countess. I guess she’s dumb too, lol.

In all honesty, there’s no version of a court decision in a divorce that benefits him in the right way. I say this in the sense that it seems that almost all nobles in these stories do care about money a lot, but they’re overall standing is even more important. There is literally no legal ground in any way shape or form for him to take her title (especially considering that the conditions that her father laid down are tantamount to a prenup). Which means the absolute best he can do is take her money, which honestly shouldn’t matter because she has knowledge of the future, which means whatever money she currently has is just a pride factor, but doesn’t really matter.
