That lawyer’s pretenses entirely incorrect. He’s treating her as if she’s filing for divorce as the wife of the head of the house, she’s actually in the position of the head of the house which means that he is both the cheater and the position that a woman would normally be in. I understand that what he’s basically alluding to is the ” the a man is expected to have a mistress and she’s just being a jealous wife” but from a legal standpoint she’s the head of the household which means that shouldn’t apply, and even if it did, she has legal documentation stating that no matter what, she’s the head of the household based upon her father ‘s conditions for the marriage. That contract supersedes anything (Even misogyny).
