See, this is what happens when you let people runover you unchecked. She needs a backbone and why is she blindly believing every ounce of gossip she hears like she wasn’t in the room when they talked about marriage? Just ask the man if you so concerned and he hasn’t shown an ounce of prior interest in that lady and no one in that house mistreated you or even mentioned her. It makes no sense to blindly believe all that you hear but you’ll willfully take in the comments of yet another stranger and consider it as a possible truth. Just plain stupid

A story ruined by a terrible FL… a tale as old as time. Well, at least in manhwa circles.
Really though, she is awful; she’s lived her entire life in combat and is somehow shy about conflict now? It’s this godawful style of korean writing where the FL can’t be TOO independent or there’s no point in the ML being there, but in this case it’s just overdone.
Genuinely, why would she just be insulted to her face and take it quietly? It’s irritating to read and only holds the story back…
