This is straight trash. I have been reading the first chapter to chapter 25 and the only thing I have been getting is that the Fl mind is only center around Barkas. Yes, the Fl had a traumatic past and I felt really bad and I had hope for her of being what a real villainess should be instead what I get is that she just a whiny low minded girl who literally thinks that whatever she chooses in her own decision will happened as she wants but in reality she is later beaten up, almost r*pe/assaulted, or insulted in the end. Most villainess will either make deals or think smartly but in this manhwa I only just see a womanchild who literally thinks she just powerless but she could literally tell her mom to do something. Her mom even literally told her that if she wants barkas then she should do something no matter what it takes (Ch 13). The twins are two-faced but somehow the Fl is just bringing herself down is way worse. It’s also sad that she still see her mother as a mother figure but her mother just wants her to get married already and out of the place. The Fl mostly get angry at her little brother but he is literally a child who still want to have a happy relationship with his sister. Despite Barkas who did hard training of being a knight at a early age, the only thing I see him is a nonchalant scoundrel. Tbh I had never make negative comments about manhwa, if I didn’t like it I would stop reading it and move on with my life but this is one of the worse character who pretends that her every action is right. The first few chapters was honestly intriguing and curious to read more but it’s like I’m rereading the withering heights but the dumber version of love.

If you throw a diamond inside a pool of filth even though the diamond will still be there, you’ll no be able to see it, as all you can see is filth, this is pretty much what this novel is about, not a single person in this tale is normal, they are all crap in some level and the FL even if she was any good we wouldnt be able to see it as she lives among the trash.
