I think he unconsciously associated her with pain and suffering. Probably why he hates her. Not his fault but not hers either, it’s unfortunate but it’s how humans are.

I don’t even know anymore man, you shouldn’t have treated her that why asaggggffff whyyyyyyyyy!!!! I still don’t wish for what happened to her and also him. Some how I kinda see why he hated her. Mannn I bet him seeing her commit suicide with that rope brought back bad memories of when that nurse killed herself like that when he was younger.

This here girlies is an obsession, take note hes never once talked to her in these flash backs. Shes become his whole world cause she played a piano peice, probably caused her teatcher or parents gifting her the sheet music. A wild and unfair obsession that he couldnt even properly indulge on befor his capture cause her piano was moved. And still he thinks of her cause of in his youth he’d think back to the musix box,his original sorce of comfort. Road to hell being paved with good intentions and all that
