I think the artist changed, since some artstyles are different from the past chapters (dots in their eyes as a form of shock, not-so-elegant smaller versions of the characters in a panic rush)

Sometimes, artists just evolve their styles and aesthetics over time. Some changes can even be a result of having plenty of time to work on a piece or not enough. I’ve also seen evidence of some translation teams doing some questionable redraws while cleaning up raws.
