I found him to be amazing, as one of the best villain you could find in a manhwa.
Usually these villains are just pure evil, 2-dimensional delusional creeps. This one is a weak (apart from the eyes of truth) but driven and dangerous schemer surrounded by human-shaped monsters nobles with supernatural powers. Things are almost a matter of survival for this one.
