Honestly, no one is to blame here but Maxi. She knows very well what kind of person her father is—she knows everything she went through and how he treated her—yet she still decided to return to him. If I were in her place, I would have waited for Riftan so they could clarify things. It would have been better if they had talked first. She was also too stubborn. She had already escaped from her father’s control, but she still went back. That’s why, in the end, she brought all of this upon herself.
