honestly I feel like Arjen is the best brother you could possibly have… all throughout this journey he’s been looking out for Arien/Arienne and expected nothing in return…
my hunch is that he really isn’t alright like he told his father, and that he wants to keep up this image to keep Arien happy. reason being, yes they were always together, but do y’all remember when they first met Jason? Arjen was so happy … he had a stronger connection to Jason than Arien did at first, and he was always so fascinated in guardians when Arien honestly couldn’t give two hoots about them.
The fact that Jason obviously feels more drawn toward Arien(don’t get me wrong I adore her with everything inside me), the one with the least connection to him, less imperial blood, the one who wasn’t really interested in him in the beginning, who has 2 other men pining over her AT LEAST, must make Arjen feel pretty unwanted sometimes :(. I really hope he gets coverage on this 😭.. AND THAT WE SEE ISHINA AFTER ALL THESE YEARS ONCE THEYRE GROWN UP😭😭!!

The ending was absolutely horrendous, first thing that ticked me off is that they never used their knowledge of their past life like the things they learned from modern society.
2nd thing is it started well with 2 MC’s which is great since the title said “The Twins New Life” but later in the story it became “Ariennes New Life.”
3rd and last but definitely not least is the magic in the story it was never properly used it just became an excuse to explain the things that are happening its just “Oh brainwash, its mind control magic, cool fire thingy, fire magic, wow icy thingy, ice magic” they weren’t displayed correctly I came here thinking it was a cool isekai manhwa but no its just another fantasy romance
It was cute even though I disapprove of the relationship between Arien and Jason. But I am still slightly confused with the academy thing, weren’t they supposed to go there for a few years? They were back after the incident with this Clan and at this point, they’d been there for a month or two…. did I miss something?
Cute story but in the end, it also focused extremely on Arien which I think is a little bit sad for Arjen. Anyway, I hope there is going to be an epilogue.
if I’m being honest I skipped a bunch of chapters in season 2 cuz it didn’t hit the same like season 1 SIGH
ofc there was gonna be romance but I was hoping the whole magic thing would be more in depth lol and have a nice balance between being a ‘fantasy romance’ and an Isekai like one of the comments. and it’s literally called twins😭 if they were gonna give a season 3 or a spin off or smth based on arjen then sure I would be fine but damnnn they just left me like that? actually pooping tears rn Lowkey glad I saved myself from the disappointment lolll
It’s a great story❤️, except tbt arien and Jason didn’t have a chemistry, i love Jason but I only see him as an older brother of arien and arjen, I think sehera is better than Jason to be her lover. Butttttttttt overall i like the story
