I love Lucas!!! Not to mention although everyone else has obligations that don’t abide with our fml will as the successor to her family. Xavier/Harvey/Javi or whatever the heck his name is in the end is a king that has to go to the promised land (now I don’t really need to explain that she would need to leave and also would share his title which would mean bye bye future duchess). The carlos heir is a duke so she would end up as Carlo’s duchess instead of her family. The mage still is the one candidate that hasn’t declared his feelings aside gratitude and business partnership. That leaves us with sir Cassion (sorry if I misspelled it) and our king information Lucas. Now we all know that knights are almost usually always loyal but not the one who will get the girl, that also being said that he holds no significant title and that could lead to bullying from the social circles and struggles to cooperate with our queen’s business mind and ideas (she thinks of benefits, he thinks of how to protect those he loves). That leaves us with Lucas, the first to display a strong attraction towards our fml , he has a title although not strong enough for Ray to be forced to give up on her succession. He also share’s. Raylen and the duke’s love of money. He is also a merchant and one skilled beyond compared at that matter. Ray’s father already approved of him. Generally no matter how you look at it only makes sense if Lucas is our ml.
