So wait, from Max’s perspective. His dad forced him to be nice to her and get engaged, her father made the deal that if they got married he would fund his projects, Max then accepted all of this and then was arguably one of the most cold husbands (not like abusive or anything like that but literally treated her as if she didn’t exist) for years, and then he refuses to give up on a project and makes himself go bankrupt. All of this leads to his suicide and somehow that’s her fault? Even if she was a yandere who he could no longer take at his lowest point, he turned her into that and it’s his fault he went bankrupt. Reap what you sow, if she ends up with this dude, I’m going to lose my mind.
