So it’s not that she got k lled but the one she loves died 😭 I kinda understand why that love was burdensome for Max. Imagine being forced since childhood to be nice to some Mary Sue wealthy heiress who fell for the fake you and then even if she was manipulated and framed she goes to some extreme leigh to just get rid of some nobody you don’t even know but clam to be your mistress.
But at the same time I pity her cause she has done so many things for a someone who only shown her a false side of him 😔

He may have been forced to be really nice to her from the beginning, but he could have acted like a normal, decent human being. Her love became more obsessive at a direct equal response to the further he pulled away. I feel a slight amount of pity for him, but he said it was his dad that forced him and his dad already ran away years ago meaning that he could have just divorced her years ago if he really felt that way. His indifference created the current her that’s called reaping what you sow.
