PoV hasn’t changed on him. Yes its super traumatic what he went through… but he’s a) judging based on blood b) based on rumors (re: Duke’s relationship with his daughter) c) showcasing and acting on several key traits which mark him as an abuser. He is isolating her. He is controlling and dismissive. He’s oddly hyper sensitive about her in which he takes anything she does and does not as a personal attack. Blames her for problems (No heir excuse) and arguably blames her presence for his emotions. Obviously does not respect her as a human being.
So in short still trash for me.
Curious to see how that changes
