But they just said she doesn’t have healing magic. Are they implying she is descended from healing magicians, but she herself is not? Did they just forget what they said barely a chapter ago?

I think they meant that Loreina has the reputation and public expectation of being one despite not inheriting the skills (in short, she’s a fraud that’s using her ancestors’ name)

They mentioned it in the earlier chapters that Loreina descended from a line of healing magicians but that the skill had been dormant for generations until Leoreina (but her healing magic is fake and everyone just thinks that it reawakened with her). Hope that helps clear up the misunderstandings
