   I think it’s pretty consistent tbh. They foreshadowed him always in a massacre but they make the readers assume that he did it I. His own. This narrative added makes us reassure that he wasn’t a tyrant by choice alone.
   I think it’s an interesting thing they added because in the first episode he describes the killing he has done as just an “accident “
