There is a lot of political talk here but its a bit hard to understand with the translations sometimes.

Basically:
– Tia has dug up someone who can be used against Skyla’s family because he is living proof of her grandfather being a rotten piece of work (having killed or driven out other potential Heirs so the current one, Roygar, could take over).
– And she was letting him believe that she is someone from her brother’s faction, and that said faction is ruthlessly pressuring him to file a lawsuit that could put him at risk with the rotten grandfather. Since it would make it easier for someone to kick Roygar out of the race for the throne.
– She has also been stringing Skyla along by pretending to be too sick to meet her while Skyla desperately wants to meet her and get help ousting her rotten grandfather.
– Freil was asking which of the two Tia intends to back as the next one to inherit the title and power that comes with it. Tia seems to be leaning towards Skyla.
