These Mangakas can’t get over “plain looking FLs” like seriously do you hate women or what!! 90% of the Japanese shoujo manga is filled with these crap, degrading and dehumanising the FL is like these authors hobby, tell me atleast where TF she even looks “plain” when the side characters looks nothing different than her and the ML looks even ridiculous but he’s still “handsome” at least try to draw him hansome lol, I immediately lose interest when you to shove the same old cliche into my face even though I tried to put up with the ugly art , but nuh uh I’m not talking the same old thing again and again.

Stupid…. of course the Fl’s are made to look plain…. most of the world’s population both men and woman have brown hair/brown eyes and no special looks. Female main characters are made plain to be more relatable with the girls that read them they are made to look like every other normal girl, a basic bitch, which is most of you here. The same can be seen when looking at Harem/Ecchi genre where the male lead is also made to be plain, unremarkable, perverted and usually a NEET. Because there’s no chance in hell that girls irl would swoon over such a man, which is most men that read that genre thus they are made as such characters so they could be relatable. In conclusion the plain MCs of Romance,Harem,Smut etc… are made to like like you so u can feel better about yourself. 🥱
