This is a truly beautiful story and one I can say I can relate to in a sense. I have a friend who is like Elliene and the relationship between the FL is very similar to our relationship. Especially the part where Elliene isn’t listening to the FL and making some pretty bad choices based on emotion and not reason but her circumstances are very complicated, much more than what many would assume. Even with all that baggage though I wouldn’t trade her for the world, she’s my friend and one of the closest people to me. In any case I found this story to be rare in that I can relate to it and I like the female lead a lot because she didn’t pick up a sword. While sword fighting women are cool it’s not something the average woman would pick up, even as a hobby. I like how she is left waiting since it really depicts what most women would go through. Anyways story is really good, I love it.
