I don’t know if it’s just me, and I know it’s only the first chapter, but I’m not feeling anything. She’s clearly agonizing about wanting to see her family, yet her blank expression makes it hard to connect. It’s way too fast for me, like a high-speed car that passes by and is gone in seconds. I hope it improves in the next chapters
