oh I get it. The doctor prolly had some issues with Ian and knowing that his wife had faith in him, he distanced both of them. The maid overhead this and she’ll probably tell Ian and he’ll misunderstand and lash out at his wife. That’s probably how both of them ended their lives, because of this feud and misunderstanding

Stop blaming the FL. She trusted the doctor too much since he is a Royal war doctor… Oh well, looks like she was tricked by the Dr. But honestly, he has a point. Wasting away from a husband that doesn’t love her and no plans on building family with her.. For me, it is better for Ian to set her free and purse what she loves to do.

Honestly she is to blame. Can you not see what’s going on around you..have you no sense of reality??? She said that he never treated/saw her as a wife. I’m only saying this because how she acts in the present timeline. She basically blames him. His attitude is not the best but how do you expect someone to be after war?💁🏽♀️
