This series is going to kill me from crying too much.
Honestly, it should not have taken the world until the 2020s to accept the fact that miscarriages are insanely common. I’ve known since childhood because of witnessing many within my family, including the loss of a sibling. My mother is not any less for having lost them, and it wasn’t her fault. Nor was it my aunt’s fault that she lost 16 pregnancies before finally having her second daughter. It’s just nature. Yes, it’s sad, but we shouldn’t blame ourselves for something beyond our control.
