If she had a stethoscope with her oximeter and suturing kit ( ¿? Wtf?) She would hear it easily if he had a collapsed lung.
Also, heck yes. Even the most dedicated surgeon isn’t going to tote a full field kit all over. If any packaging gets damaged, the sterility is ruined. Also, I don’t think I saw gloves… so… ick. Hope she has some antibiotics in that kit, or bb gon get real sick.

I don’t understand much about medicine, but wasn’t she treating patients in a charity program? maybe that’s why she had a medical kit with her.
