I’m not sure if I’m just stating the obvuous but in most cases witches can either me immortal or that they can live as long as they want without worry of aging hence why I believe maybe Evaldina might be Anita. Since no record of her was written and no portrait of what Evaldina it might be a possibility. She might also had harmed the 1st emperor’s wife as it is stated that witch’s can’t harm women. If they did they can turn that women into the likes of them or kill them thus hurting the witch’s heart. In the previous chapters Anita was hurting. This is just my speculation.
