I don’t know if we read the same manhwa so far…ugly monster? Because he react to her obvious lies when they relationship is based in her not betray him? He is doing all the marriage thing for him and her evidently as all we saw how treat her in front of even family. All know her position as mistress and yet she still keep doing restless, dumb things. He is an important member of society yet she does nothing about her shortcomings or education, nothing she is there like a doll not even ask important things about their future. So he do everything alone. They said foul your friend to foul your enemy he thought that in the beginning but with the maid lie everything went down on their fragile relationship. They love eachother but they don’t talk, they suppose things… but the worrisome thing is she just exist….I think the author wanted the separation to make the grow as characters. She is no innocent in all this only because she is pretty and fragile…
