That’s a confusing explanation, because by that explanation that means that the curse can never be negated. If the power always goes back into some type of void, then it never actually disappears (she kills a dark mage -> The power goes into a void -> some other dark mage gets it – > if she kills all the dark mages- > that power would still be in the void waiting for a new dark mage (unless they found some way to destroy the void itself))

she just needs to eat up the power before it goes into the void the hero couldnt eat the power so it went back into the void but she can nom nom it xD

It only means she has to find that person and eat their power, if she does that then their power will be part of her and she will be able to release herself from the cursed.
