OK so so far so yet he actually likes her and he noticed people bad mouthing her so when she said that the rain could be stoped and the rumors of her being a godest he used it so people would actually belive her being a godest without him using one of his 3 wishes and bc of this that people think highly of her he can easily make her the empress and spoil her rotten ( he loves spoiling her and giving everything she likes so yeah ) this is what I get from those whole chapters
