I do understand Cassian, cause in the first place the crown Prince is just relaying to the stupid necklace . Even though he knows to himself that he doesn’t like Grana/ Hime. What would happen if it was not Alfie or Hime will he still marry her despite the fact that he has feelings to Alfie .

I don’t think Alfie deserves a man like him. Character development for him would be fine where he will stand more to his feelings

First, he’s just trying to do what’s right by the kingdom according to the magic tool, which shows the royalty their best or destined partner. He doesn’t want to marry Grana since he doesn’t have feelings but duty comes first for people in his position. But now that the ring has reacted so strongly to Fiella & he already has feelings for her, he’s moving on. Secondly, Fiella SHOULD feel awful since she’s trying to use her friend /brother’s lover as a freaking meat shield. 😤
