For those confused…remember that novels were written in history as well. So just because the FL didn’t start in a modern AU setting doesn’t mean she couldn’t be reincarnated into a novel from her own world.

Y’all are too used to the main characters being from Korea or the 21st century. It is very easy to understand. She was born a noble in her first life. Like that’s just the world she comes from. In that historical world, they also have novels and she (after dying in her historical world) was transmigrated into the story of a book she read.

I like the premise of isekais happening within fictional or alternate worlds too. Of course, they also have novels.

Ok so basically she loved reading (ig?) And she read a book in her previous life (fantasy bc potions) and I guess her hubby Karl read it too, and when they both were killed he became the ml and she became a side character now they both (or just her) remeber their pervious life’s and they fall in love again
