I know it won’t be easy opening uo about time travelling but can’t you atleast do something about it. Like say or ask him what his opinion on time travelling or if time travelling can be done what would you do if you know someone that had their life cut short? Something like that. It doesn’t need to be direct. You can talk about it without making it weird right. But this fl seem to be not bright but also not that dumb.
