It’s possible and it’s also possible that she only truly did this to him to make him stornger she had feelings for him it’s obvious and it’s also clear that she has a deep hatred for herself and she could have possibly shattered her own soul to repent for what she done and decided to have a new soul she might have used some kinda power to see the future by useing her own soul sto see into the future and select someone that way
