I have a feeling that’s her biological family. The mom was probably kidnapped and horribly experimented on resulting in her death and the duke knew they had a child after she went missing. He probably already knows it’s her and that’s why he was tracking her movements up until her disappearance and the imperial family could’ve orchestrated the mother’s kidnapping and experimentation. The brothers either never found out they had a sister or know they have one and just don’t really care and the father is just focused on resurrecting the mother. And she never knew any of this. Or I could be dead wrong lol, idk. That’s my theory.
Thats a real solid theory…. if its true i will drop this manhwa cos theres already another family manhwa VERY similar to this(your theory) where the mom had to go thru smt and die and leave the child which wound up in with fathers and yep she had 3 brothers, dont rlly rmb the name but if my memory serves me right only difference between this manhwa and that, is that one the family has a lighter hair color and less well magic stuff, honestly the mom dying is quite a repetitive trope anyways..
but FL is 20 (because it said she awakened on her 15th birthday, five years ago) and the Duke met his love only 15 years ago, when FL was 5 and her mother already deceased. unless something was confused in the translation or FL’s information about her mother’s death was wrong the timeline doesn’t match up

Unless the authors are thoroughly messing up basic maths, i dont see how the Fairy mother FL is taking revenge for is actually the counts lover/wife and he is her father.
The only way possible is the fairy never died giving birth to her at all. She survived and met the count, had a good life and then died after giving birth to the twins.
Meanwhile all this time the FL was in the orphanage. But then who sent assassins to the orphanage 5 years ago to kill her off?
