At least it’s not a bad ending, we can imagine whatever we want.
As for me: Meove was dying, she was coughing blood, i believe she died in her journey and met Haluk. Wherever they are or whatever they are (ghosts? Souls? Limbo?) They’re finally free and together.
On one side I’m glad the story wasn’t dragging, but on the other side the ending feels rushed.
I wish that the ‘in-between” were more detailed, the potential was here. I wish Meove was smarter or more calculating in her plan, that she was the one planning, relocating peoples. A MC in short.
I take back what i said earlier about Haluk. Yes he’s crazy, but mostly crazy in love. He put up with all the plotting against him (and his home) from Meove and never really resenting her for it 😂
What was his plan btw? He participated in Proserpina ruin and betrayed his adopted family (yes by order) to become head of house Bilginer, waiting for Meove (he made sure that she hated him enough to look for him) and ruining the sky island?
Or did he expected he would change her mind and they would live there forever forever after?
Too bad that his side of the story was never exposed.
