Here is my theory
The tea tamia gives rumiare is the reason she’s forgotten about carl and rumiare before that accident asked Tamia to help her forget carl..for some reason?..carl is no foreigner rather he’s the injured prince who’s pretending to be in that state
And that blondish guy is cooking something fishy with those yellow flowers as he’s been sending them to her for past two months and that’s how long rumiare had insomnia.
