Morris scares me, not because he’s cool enough or scary enough to be able to scare anybody really, but because I don’t like second male leads, and he better be one bcs no way in heck would I allow him to be the male lead.

So I actually kind of like Morris because
1. in her first life when she was charged with treason he believed in her and wanted to run away with her
2. he is always nice to her and cares for her genuine
an example of that is when he thought she was sick he wanted to take her to a doctor and wanted to assign maids to her
3. he cared for his brother, he could have inherited the title but didn’t and he could have killed him but he didn’t
So I can completely understand why you don’t like second male leads, but I think they’re good people and should be given a chance. It’s just frustrating when they get closer to the MC but you know they will be left in the dark.
