Sooo, real quick I wanted to share with you guys about my parents. They always said they met in “the rear” and I had no idea what that meant until recently. So basically, my mom worked in an environmental lab when she and my dad was a geologist who would take samples to her. The lab was nicknamed “the rear” because it was located at the back of the building. They started dating pretty soon afterwards, and that’s when my mom realized my dad was actually her high school crush that moved away years before. They got married after four years of dating and now have two kids together! Their marriage isn’t perfect, but even as an adult, it’s still my favorite fairytale.
