Lol, he’s giving her a put up or shut up moment and I love it. It’s good for her to do more than complain about things, but it’s her own mom who left her so ignorant to the family business. To not even know much about it even at 17 years old when they died is sad. It’s like her mom never really wanted her to take over the business or perhaps she simply had all the time in the world. The lack of knowledge and ability to do anything is fueling her insecurities and making her feel useless, which is a terrible thing to feel.
Also, why are these people so freaking attractive?
