I hate when the whole plot hinges on the fact that “they didnt know”. So you are telling me she spent 10 years, neglected, without proper heating, food or a teacher and it gets excused bc “they didnt know” They loved her and wanted to protect her, but they didnt even visit once? In what world does that make sense?

It actually doesn’t make sense that “they didn’t know”, because the two sons clearly know that she was being neglected/abused.
Moreover, when the family moved her to that new room, they would’ve had to have seen her old room to retrieve her belongings.

To add to that, the dad just came back after years of being sent off to fight as a pawn of the Royal family to protect his daughter, and even he found out almost immediately. So what the heck was everyone else who was actually there doing—you know, aside from purposefully ignoring her because they “loved her so much”?

The whole story doesn’t make sense and it’s way too fast paced, it’s a really bad manhwa lol
