I’ve never hated Rasha. I think I’m that like 1% though. I’ve read the novel and the webtoon tends drops smaller details.
I’ve always seen her as a vulnerable person (no education, low birth, poor, abused) who was taken advantage of because of it.
Souveshu (can never spell his name right lol) used her because she was charming, pretty, easy and most of all reminded him of a younger Navier.
From Rastas POV. She only ever looked up to Navier before meeting her and wanted Navier to like her but there were many social misunderstandings. One of them being that Rashta doesn’t understand nobles cause she didn’t grow up as one and was abused by them. I think she genuinely believed that infidelity /mistresses in high society was a norm. And it didn’t help that Souveshu told her that him and Navier weren’t a typically couple. So because of all of this I think that’s why she genuinely thought her and Navier could be family.
This plays out with everyone in the story. No one is on her side or wanting her to succeed they just want to use her (money, her power, her baby etc).
Rashta is the equivalent of the modem day ppl who win the lottery but still winds up broke within a year because they can’t manage the money and power that it comes with. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. Girl is spiraling now.
It’s even more interesting that there’s an alternative timeline where Rashta was only loyal to Navier (was her maid I think) and Souveshu brought in some other chick. (I’ll be honest I haven’t found this story and have only seen spoilers on it).
Idk just my thoughts so far. I know how it ends but knowing what comes next makes me pity her
I do feel bad for her kids tho. The kids are innocent and haven’t done anything wrong. They just have a trashy mother. I feel really bad for her kids but not her. If she wanted to be a mother she had her chance with her FIRST kid. Don’t act like a mom now you crazy psycho.
