I really like it tbh. It’s annoying to see isekai MCs completely forget their past life and not be affected by a whole loss of identity, not being able to see loved ones etc. Also when they enter a child’s body they’re supposed to have a child’s temper cuz a child physically cannot regulate their emotions yet.

Most isekai generally have an mc that doesn’t care about suddenly being reincarnated to another world and conveniently is an orphan or has no family in the real world, so they immediately get comfortable in the novel world. It’s really refreshing to see an mc that actually feels the effects, it feels more realistic and you can really empathise with the fl more.
