So essentially her mom gave her a fake suicide spell, and told her when she couldn’t take it anymore to go ahead and kill yourself. Not surprisingly, that’s exactly what her daughter did… but supposedly it’s okay because it wasn’t actually a suicide spell (like somehow, the mental anguish of reaching the point of deciding to commit suicide doesn’t matter if you, for a slight amount of time, think that it occurred to somebody else).
