Wait, if the Demon King is alive then the hero did not infact Defeat the Demon King. Put the princess in away did. She subdued him, by saving his life he is now induted to her. And since he is, there will be no more fighting. And in fact she’ll return to the places kicking out the hero and start a peace negotiation with demon king. I mean if she really wanted she can still advocate the throne to her sister and she could be an
ambassador to the demon King to further to strengthen relations. I mean you can still make the “hero” the Villain, and have other nobles as protagonist since there is a stigma with demon kind. Not to mention the mage who wants her dead. I feel it’s kind of a miss opportunity on the Princess part.

coz the crimson hair girl didn’t recognise demon king like they ( the sliver hair dude and his crew) were all together so it’s most likely smtg fishy happening
