I hate that they treat her like she’ll be fine on her own. I get she’s nature for her age but she’s still a kid. And the way she’s treated from her sister is a huge difference.
Claire’s ability to understands other’s emotions isn’t nearly as bad as her father’s, I gotta give that to her! She can sense when things shouldn’t be said even when HE, an adult Astriol, still cannot! (understanding why her mother wanted to run away upon hearing things the duke says, her aversion to the idea of obsession, etc) Maybe it’s some of her mixed genes kicking, who knows!
