Excuse me, just read the first pics and have to step in. A baby should AT LEAST be full milk feeded for 6 month and then slowly going to Solid foods still being milk feeded (best breast feeded if possible) at least till the age of 2 years and more . A baby of 5 month just having milk is totally normal and healthy.
