I’m confused what cancelling the wedding would’ve changed. At what point are they legally in a union? they already had vows, why would a kiss mean they’re not married? The wedding still happened, and them ending up as not married just means they have a separation scandal when they could’ve easily patched things IF THEY WENT THROUGH WITH IT
