If I’m not mistaken that almost looked like Seria was the original heroine, and the entire story had been corrupted/changed and fell apart (which would fit perfectly in line with that jealous, scheming wretch’s personality, aka Lina). It’d even make sense why both MLs fell for Seria so quick & why Rouche seems so unaffected by supposed original FL, while Hanneton acted as if he’d been bewitched, but maybe I’m just getting ahead of myself!
