      @Heliette good theory, in most stories mana and divine power don’t go well together, so the reason FL does not have Mana despite being born from a mage family is because, it should not be Mana they are checking, it’s Divine power.

   Well based on fantasy rules, mana (magic) and divine power can’t coexist. Might be why FL can’t wield mana because she has divine power instead
