While the mother’s words may contain a lot of truth, using guilt to make the children work for them when the appleyard is obviously going to hell and the mother can no longer take care of everything, since the father is a do-nothing, does not imply that the eldest child is wrong.
You can’t continually validate the behaviors of toxic people like the father.
Mom is right but at the same time is wrong. They’re drowning in debt.
