Found chapter 71 another place.
-Zachary suggests taking Ellie out to see the duchy. Ellie is amused once she realised Zach wants to show her off and inadvertently let the people see their new duchess.
– On the way to the assembly hall Ellie remembers back when they were kids and she described her ideal type to Zach, who had thought he’d never meet the requirements only to be baffled when Ellie said he checked all the boxes.
– When they pass by the cafe they’d been to when they were kids (where she’d mentioned those requirements), they’re both stunned/flustered to see that the cafe has put up a banner advertising how the duo had eaten there in the past. Zach comments that at least it seems to show people like them, since there was a queue out the door at the cafe.
– When they got to the assembly hall Ellie was thoughtful for a moment and asked Zach how everyone else got to the assembly hall since the territory is big and not everyone has horses and carts to get around.
– Zach admits he hadn’t thought about it and that Ellie is probably right in assuming most people get there on foot. Which is when she comes up with the idea of offering public transportation. Horse-drawn carts that will travel around the duchy on fixed schedules so that people and merchant goods can more easily get around, which should make things more convenient and help boost the economy.
– Zach thought to himself how an idea like that would only have crossed the mind of someone who fully put themselves in their people’s shoes and he said aloud how the duchy is very lucky to have her for how considerate she is of them.
– The chapter ends with the assembly starting and Ellie saying she has a project she would like to suggest (more than likely the public transport)
