And Eli needs constant reassurance for example, the dress he brought for her, I wonder what she was expecting him to say was she expecting him to say “oh I brought you that dress you look good in it”. And the she looked said he ask her what’s wrong she said it’s “nothing”. And I feel like since his ex came back she stated thinking his treating her that way because of his ex, no his always been that way. And according to the Emperor the only time he ever saw her angry is when she had the miscarriage after that she always looked “happy”. So the problem is not the Emperor or Eli it’s lack of communication. And did Eli want him to abandon his child. If it’s even his. And Eli keeps on assuming things about the Emperor. I honestly expect her to know him better since they were childhood friends.
Dude…. Could it be Edmund is the emperor’s jerk brother’s son? You know the lil devil like boy, whom bullying him when he was young? They kinda have similar black hair and eyes. In that sense, Edmund is royal, but more like “nephew” royal.
