   I was expecting that kind of end for her. I may seem cold but knowing what kind of person Janet is, it was obvious she was going to do smth like that. No way in h*ll she was going to admit publicly that she let the duke’s fiancée die and didn’t lift a finger (even encourage her). That would a 100% hurt her pride and reputation and she’ll once again lose her usefulness, she probably wanted to die knowing she still had a use
